Quite often we get an uncomfortable feeling, and if we cannot get rid of this quickly it will linger and remain with us and transform into stress. Gen Dragpa will explore the causes of stress and give us some helpful advice on how to become and remain calm, happy and stress-free.

The Path Of Loving Kindness

This day course will focus on the development of a loving mind. Buddha said: “Love is the great protector”. We will meditate on the various minds of love and develop a strong wish to be close to others. With this feeling of love we will never feel lonely or depresses and will have a positive uplifting influence on our family and friends.

Meditations for relaxation

Three guided meditations to relax body and mind which can be practised by anyone. With regular practice, these meditations help to relax both body and mind and lead to a deep experience of inner peace.

Guru Yoga / Mandala Offering Retreat - 14th - 19th June

Mandala Offering

On this retreat we engage in the profound practice of mandala offerings in order to create immeasurable merit or positive karma. We also meditate on Guru Yoga, a special ritual method of relying on a Spiritual Guide to easily receive his blessings. Through this we create very powerful causes for success in all our spiritual practices.
