Gen Dragpa will explain the death process, the distant and close signs of death and how to prepare for death withour fear. A clear understanding of death will help us to put things into perspective and abandon unneccesary worries and stress. Coming to terms with our death is an uplifting and enriching experience that will improve the quality of our daily life.

We regularly experience problems and difficulties. These usually make us unhappy and may lead to an angry or depressed state of mind. In this course we will learn how to develop and maintain a peaceful mind - the source of all happiness.

Quite often we get an uncomfortable feeling, and if we cannot get rid of this quickly it will linger and remain with us and transform into stress. Gen Dragpa will explore the causes of stress and give us some helpful advice on how to become and remain calm, happy and stress-free.

This day course will focus on the development of a loving mind. Buddha said: “Love is the great protector”. We will meditate on the various minds of love and develop a strong wish to be close to others. With this feeling of love we will never feel lonely or depresses and will have a positive uplifting influence on our family and friends.
