Weekly drop-in meditation classes – suitable for everyone. The classes are designed to give you the means to gain more inner peace and happiness in your daily life.
- Each class consists of guided meditations, a talk and discussion.
- Each class lasts approximately one hour.
- Each class is self-contained, though you are welcome to attend the whole course.
These meditation classes are suitable for everyone. They are taught our Resident Teacher Gen Gakyi and give a practical introduction to meditation and include topics such as the benefits of meditation, mindfulness, good posture, types of meditation, and how to start a daily meditation practice. Advice is also given on how to remain peaceful in daily life by applying the meditation techniques explained in these classes. Please feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis.
No special clothing is required and seating is on chairs. Come along to any session, you can pay in advance using the ‘book now’ links or pay on the door (cash only at the moment).
