Description

Join us on Tuesday evenings for an hour dedicated to finding happiness within.

Each class is self-contained and on a drop-in basis, but attending the whole course may help in gaining a deeper understanding of the practice.

The first four classes are on the theme ‘Choose Love’:

“Love is the real inner protection against suffering.” (Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche)

  • 3 June: How does love protect us against suffering?
  • 10 June: How can we change our view of others?
  • 17 June:  How to develop authentic compassion
  • 24 June: How to develop unconditional love

The programme for the remaining four classes will follow in due course.

The classes are offered in-person on Tuesday evenings (6.30pm-7.30pm) at Middle Street Resource Centre, 74 Middle Street, Beeston NG9 2AR.

Cost £6 (free for members).

Booking not essential, payment can be made on arrival (cash or card).

EVERYONE WELCOME
