Description
This wonderful two day retreat is a special fasting and purification practice, Nyungnay, based on the sadhana ‘Drop of Essential Nectar’ and includes the practice of taking the eight Mahayana precepts.
This practice is a very powerful method for purifying our body, speech and mind, and for pacifying delusions. It is also a special method for receiving blessings and improving our experience of love, compassion and the supreme good heart of bodhichitta.
On Sunday 13 April, Gen Gakyi will give an introduction to purification practice in general and this practice in particular.
The retreat sessions on 14 & 15 April are 6.30am (with precepts), 11am and 3pm.
Lunch is available to book for 14th April.
Everyone is welcome to attend any retreat session, but you must have taken precepts on that day (please seek guidance if you are unsure of this).
Introduction £20 (free for members)
Retreat sessions free, no need to book
Lunch on 14th £5
