This weekly drop-in class consists of guided meditation, a practical talk and time for Q&A.
Learn about Buddhist meditation and philosophy of life and how to use it to deal with life’s challenges and find more joy in everyday life.
No need to be a Buddhist, or to have any experience of meditation to participate. These classes are open to everyone.
The classes are offered in-person on Monday evenings at 7:00pm at Kadampa Meditation Centre Nottingham, Gedling House, Wood Lane, NG4 4AD

Teacher
The teacher for this course is Gen Kelsang Gakyi, Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Nottingham, much respected for her ability to present Buddha’s teachings with warmth, humour and clarity.

We are situated at the end of Wood Lane, past the school. Wood Lane splits into two at the school entrance – so keep going straight ahead, rather than carrying on left up the hill. See map above.
