Our meditation classes on Friday lunchtimes (11.30 – 12.30pm) are suitable for everyone, but are particularly helpful for those interested in learning more about Buddhist meditation and practice.
Each class is self-contained and on a drop-in basis.

During the class there is an opportunity to ask questions and you are welcome to stay afterwards for refreshments.
The classes are offered in-person on Fridays at 11.30am at KMC Nottingham, Gedling House and available as a livestream to members.

The teacher for this course is Gen Kelsang Gakyi, Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Nottingham, much respected for her ability to present Buddha’s teachings with warmth, humour and clarity.

We are situated at the end of Wood Lane, past the school. Wood Lane splits into two at the school entrance – so keep going straight ahead, rather than carrying on left up the hill. See map above.
