Description
Our meditation classes on Wednesday evenings (7-8:00pm) are suitable for everyone, but are particularly helpful for those interested in learning more about Buddhist meditation and practice.
Each class is self-contained and on a drop-in basis, but attending the whole course may help in gaining a deeper understanding of the practice.
“Happiness is a part of our mind that experiences inner peace, or peace of mind, so the real source of happiness must lie within the mind and not in external conditions.”
“The first steps to changing our mind is to identify which minds produce happiness and which produce suffering”
