2020: Classes resume on Friday 10 January
Weekly drop-in meditation classes – suitable for everyone. The classes are designed to give you the means to gain more inner peace and happiness in your daily life.
- Each class consists of guided meditations, a talk and discussion.
- Each class lasts approximately one hour and is followed by refreshments.
- Each class is self-contained, though you are welcome to attend the whole course.
These meditation classes are suitable for everyone. Whenever possible they are taught by our resident teacher Gen Gakyi and give a practical introduction to meditation and include topics such as the benefits of meditation and how to start and improve a daily meditation practice. Advice is also given on how to remain peaceful in daily life by applying the meditation techniques explained in these classes. Please feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis. No special clothing is required with chairs and cushions provided for your comfort. Come along to any session, pre-booking is not required.
