How to Solve Problems with Love, Compassion & Wisdom

When we experience problems such as difficult situations, frustration and ill health we usually see the situation itself as the problem. Buddha explained in many of his teachings we can understand our “problems” come from the side of our mind rather than outside of ourself. This special way of understanding opens the door to solving our problems by changing our mind and and learning to meditate.

In this half-day course Kelsang Jangchub will explain how problems depend upon the mind and how we can solve our problems through developing love, compassion and wisdom.

Kelsang Jangchub is a Buddhist monk and student of Kadampa Buddhism of many years and lives at Kadampa Meditation Centre Nottingham.
