This three-week event provides a comprehensive introduction to meditation, offering guidelines on developing and deepening meditation practice for complete beginners. Learn meditations to relax body and mind, achieve inner peace and mental clarity, and develop a kind and patient attitude towards others. Nine simple guided meditations that can be practised by anyone. With regular practice, these meditations help us to experience inner peace and mental clarity, and to increase our love and compassion for others.
Each meditation includes a short introduction to the practice and helpful advice.
WEEK ONE: Meditations for Relaxation (w/c 4 January)
Three simple guided meditations that can be practised by anyone. With regular practice, these meditations help to relax both body and mind and lead to a deep experience of inner peace.
WEEK TWO: Meditations for a Clear Mind (w/c 11 January)
Three simple guided meditations designed to lead to an experience of inner peace and mental clarity.
WEEK THREE: Meditations for a Kind Heart (w/c 18 January)
With regular practice, these three simple guided meditations help to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships with others through learning to cherish others.
The meditations for each week will be available all of that week to be practiced and enjoyed as many times as you wish.
