A Fresh Perspective: Meditation for a Happier Life 4-week meditation course | Drop in or book the full course
Daily life can be demanding, and it’s easy to feel weighed down by stress, worries and difficult situations. Meditation gives us practical tools to work with our mind, so that we can meet life’s challenges with more peace, clarity and confidence.
In this 4-week course, we’ll explore simple but powerful methods from Buddhist wisdom that help us change our perspective, let go of painful thoughts, develop a kind heart and bring meditation into everyday life.
Each class includes guided meditations and a practical talk, with advice you can use straight away. The classes are self-contained, so you’re welcome to drop in to any week that suits you, or book the full course and enjoy the complete journey.
