We all have to encounter difficulties and unwanted situations – it is part of life. No matter how hard we try, we cannot prevent things from ever going wrong.
However, in reality, it is our response to unwanted situations and difficult relationships that are the actual cause of our stress and pain.
By learning to respond to difficult situations with a more positive and balanced mind, things do not have to be problems for us. In fact, we can even see difficulties as an opportunity for growth and inner development.
Join us for this practical course and learn how to stay strong when things go wrong
On this course you will learn:
- How to pause and think before you react
- How to create mental space that enable you to respond more creatively
- How to be more objective about difficulties
- How to turn difficulties to your advantage
This course is suitable for people new to meditation as well as those with experience.
The course will consist of two sessions, with guided meditation and advice for a happy life.
There will also be opportunities to relax in the break and ask questions.
This course is suitable for everyone.
Programme
- 10:00 – 11.15 am: First session
- 11:15 – 11.45 am: Break & refreshments
- 11.45 – 1 pm: Second session
The event concludes at 1:00pm.
